Ali was awesome! This was my husband and I first time using Thumbtack so we had no idea what to expect. Ali’s business caught our attention due to all of the high ratings and positive reviews from his previous customers. We contacted him in order to have a new smart keypad door knob installed on our front door. We needed this door knob replaced ASAP because we did not want to go through the night with an unsecured door. After submitting the request Ali immediately called us within the first 5minuets! At this point, it was already 5pm so I didn’t think anyone would be available to do the installation so late in the day but Ali said that he would be available within the next 45min! This was such a relief for my husband and I! Once he arrived, he greeted us and got right to work. He finished the job quickly and remained professional the whole time. He left no mess and offered to walk us through how to use the device. He even asked us if we needed help with anything else at the moment. My husband and I will definitely be contacting Ali again very soon for a couple other small projects that we’ve been putting off until we found someone professional enough to do them. Thank you Ali for your quick response and your immediate action, my husband and I greatly appreciate it!
