We employed Cirino to completely remodel our downstairs bathroom, including demolition. We are thrilled with the result. Cirino helped every step of the way, including with decor choices which was very useful. There were delays due to snow but Cirino was professional and efficient the whole time, discussed issues as they arose and how to resolve them. We love our new bathroom, have no regrets in choosing Cirino to complete the project and he is currently helping us with our basement remodel as well:)

I had an excellent experience working with Cirino. I needed a kitchen floor re-tiled and had a short time frame and a tight budget. He was responsive, thoughtful about requirements, and flexible on scheduling. He offered options and was mindful of what I wanted the whole time. The cost was very reasonable. The job was done quickly and professionally - Cirino went above and beyond my expectations. I'm very glad to use his services and would highly recommend him and his company to others.

Cirino was a pleasure and excellent to work with. He did an amazing job remodeling my bathroom. He was very professional and helpful throughout the process. He sent progress pictures and provided verbal updates. He was helpful with formulating ideas and laid the tile out beautifully. He did a complete transformation, and i could not be happier! Very reasonable with his pricing and outlined everything in a detailed estimate. Would definitely recommend and work with him again.

Cirino was great to work with, punctual, professional, (usually) nice and most importantly great quality. He tiled an entryway with marble tiles, two bathrooms and kitchen backslash with porcelain tile, engineered wood flooring in living and dining area and rerouted a truly horrific job by another tiler (iguana services) to bring it to life. I give everything a 5 except the wood floor and regrout which are more 4.85 and 4.9, respectively (you know why Cirino 😉). The quality was great and it was a pleasure working with Cirino. Heven is not cheap, but it is clear from the results the price is worth it. Would recommend.

    One Master Craftsman and One Finisher. NYC HIGHs have an extra day charge for Elevator Delivery and Clean-Outs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The most efficient way. Provide accurate details in the lead. Clear pictures of critical areas. Ideas if any of what youre looking for as a replacement. With all of these elements in place we will set up a phone conference and further brighten the details as well as any alternatives. Then we will have a quote to work with and can set up a meeting. The key element is to have a good start and set the same tone for the entire project.
