Raymond was so responsive so enthusiastic and so ready to do the job and help me with my time commitments. I was in a bind and he went up and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. He was able to come in two days and put down carpet in such a professional manner just a beautiful job throughout the whole house. he said he was gonna finish it in one day and he did. Putting in long hours to get it done. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a professional job done. Raymond explains everything he’s doing and asks you questions to try to make sure he gives you exactly what you want. he did a great job in putting seams in places they would not be noticed. He ran a carpet in One Direction. After he finished as I was inspecting it and keeping in mind that he had told me where the seams would be, I could not discern them.

I got three estimates on the job. This estimate was competitive. Due to a recent injury, I wasn't able to clear the area of some of the items sitting in the area that were in the way. Ray and his team moved them out of the way without complaint or a cost to me and later returned them to their locations. In addition, after removal of the carpet on 10 stairs, it became obvious that there was a larger amount of carpet tacks than typically used, and areas where the wall did not meet the stairs which was obscured by the carpet. Ray brought in additional pieces of wood and installed them to ensure a proper closure and better look. Lastly, also during carpet removal it was discovered that an area of wall near a sink had obvious damage. Ray repaired the damage. I was very impressed that he did not charge extra from the original big to take care of all of these unanticipated items. Ray was great to work with, never had any issues with my endless questions and explained everything so that I could understand it. I'd hire him and his team again, actually I'm already planning on it!

Raymond, often referred to as the “carpet guy,” provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond to address every detail of the project. I initially contacted him to install carpet using materials that had been stored in my garage for years, which presented some sizing challenges. Raymond was able to thoughtfully work around these issues and deliver a seamless result.

His craftsmanship is excellent, and his problem-solving ability truly sets him apart. He was also very transparent and upfront about costs, which I greatly appreciated. I am extremely impressed with the quality of his work and his dedication to getting the job done right. I would highly recommend Raymond for any flooring needs.
