Ray was wonderful - he did a great job on our floors and was fair, prompt and very kind. He was professional and went out of his way to make sure the project looked fantastic. He even drove 1.5 each way to pick up more flooring as we ended up being a little short. He finished the project in one day and was a pleasure to work with. I’d highly recommend him and will use his company again in the future if we have a need.

He was phenomenal! Went way above and beyond with the prep and the clean up. The floor looks AMAZING. Quick responses and quick and easy appointments! Took up the old gross tile and replaced it with beautiful vinyl and make it so you can’t even see the new versus old! 10/10!!!

I had a great experience with Carpet Guy after he installed vinyl flooring in my kitchen area yesterday. Some of the planks had been damaged from steaming and he corrected the problem immediately. Almost upon completion of his work I inspected the flooring and noticed something wasn’t right. As soon as I pointed out the issue, he immediately got to work fixing it without any gripes, complaints, or hesitation. He handled everything professionally and made sure the problem was corrected with no issues at all. It’s hard to find someone who stands behind their work and responds that quickly and positively. Highly recommend Carpet Guy for anyone looking for quality flooring work and excellent customer service.

Raymond was so responsive so enthusiastic and so ready to do the job and help me with my time commitments. I was in a bind and he went up and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. He was able to come in two days and put down carpet in such a professional manner just a beautiful job throughout the whole house. he said he was gonna finish it in one day and he did. Putting in long hours to get it done. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a professional job done. Raymond explains everything he’s doing and asks you questions to try to make sure he gives you exactly what you want. he did a great job in putting seams in places they would not be noticed. He ran a carpet in One Direction. After he finished as I was inspecting it and keeping in mind that he had told me where the seams would be, I could not discern them.

Raymond, often referred to as the “carpet guy,” provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond to address every detail of the project. I initially contacted him to install carpet using materials that had been stored in my garage for years, which presented some sizing challenges. Raymond was able to thoughtfully work around these issues and deliver a seamless result. His craftsmanship is excellent, and his problem-solving ability truly sets him apart. He was also very transparent and upfront about costs, which I greatly appreciated. I am extremely impressed with the quality of his work and his dedication to getting the job done right. I would highly recommend Raymond for any flooring needs.
