Raymond has been wonderful to work with. He explained in details what he was doing and sent videos & pictures every step of the way which educated me with the flooring. He also picked up materials from Home Depot. I am very satisfied with his work and communication. Highly recommend him to others who are looking for flooring job.

I had a great experience with Carpet Guy after he installed vinyl flooring in my kitchen area yesterday. Some of the planks had been damaged from steaming and he corrected the problem immediately. Almost upon completion of his work I inspected the flooring and noticed something wasn’t right. As soon as I pointed out the issue, he immediately got to work fixing it without any gripes, complaints, or hesitation. He handled everything professionally and made sure the problem was corrected with no issues at all. It’s hard to find someone who stands behind their work and responds that quickly and positively. Highly recommend Carpet Guy for anyone looking for quality flooring work and excellent customer service.

Ray did a great job replacing our wood floor with tile. The old flooring was very difficult to remove, but he handled the challenges. The quality of work is excellent, and he was pleasant to work with. One area for improvement would be having more consistent and clear details upfront. But overall, we’re happy with the outcome.
