What can I say about R & A Victor Wood Flooring?! Other than Andre and his team being absolutely amazing when it comes to hardwood floors! Punctual, knowledgeable, quick to respond to any and all questions — Excellent company! The photos I have attached doesn’t show the transformation of my floors, but I am in love with my dark walnut hardwood floors! I will never cover my floors with carpet again!!

Installed floor on 10/19/2020, approximately 225 s.f.. Andre is a friendly person and polite. Original floor was carpeted. I ripped out the old carpet and prepped the floor for installation of new hardwood flooring for him to save on cost. I must say Andre does not have good attention to detail. Finish at top landing does not match. The corner detail at the railing post is butchered and could have been worked out much better than what it's there if he took the extra time and effort to do it right. I reached out to him several times to come back. He did respond once via text but that was the last time i heard back from him. I was trying to hold off on posting a review because i wanted to give Andre an opportunity to come back and do the right thing and fix the top landing area so i can give him a good review. At this point it is what it is. He does not do base molding trim work. He attempted at my house but couldn't figured out the angles on the new mitersaw he purchased. Maybe if i babysat him, the details would have came out better. The photos speak for themselves. I'm a bit disappointed that his lack of work quality has led to this. I wish the outcome could have been better.
