Morais did a great job installing vinyl plank flooring in the downstairs of our house. There were two rooms that needed to be done, and they were at slightly different levels. But I didn’t want a transition piece between the two rooms, so they built a subtle grade out of concrete so the planks could flow between rooms. Everything came out beautifully. As a bonus, the install pair were professional and seemed like genuinely nice guys

Leo and his crew did an outstanding job on my floors. I’ve rebuilt a previous home twice after Irene and Sandy and have bought and remodeled 10 homes outside of that. Morais Flooring stands out among the dozens of contractors I’ve worked with over the years. Leo is very responsive and makes himself available for questions before, during, and after the job. His crew is professional and polite-working hard and only breaking for a quick lunch. I don’t think I even saw them check a phone message once. They were punctual every day even though they had to drive from Monmouth County down to the Atlantic City area. They arrived no later than 8:30 each day. His prices are very fair. I had a few contractors come in and they wanted to skip a very important step (pouring concrete to even out my floor). Even with that extra day’s work, Leo’s quote was very competitive. I don’t think he’d have done the job even if I had asked him to cut corners. His crew cleaned up and left my house spotless every time they left. I know you won’t be disappointed with these guys!

Morais did a great job redoing my floors. He pulled up original hardwood and replaced with LVP . Laid down a rubber underlayment and new subfloor as well. All for a very reasonable price. He is very professional and responsive, and you can ask him as many questions as you need.
