With only a "digital communication and proverbial handshake", he committed to solving a major problem...and did so with unusual excellence as soon as the weather permitted. His good faith trust is deserving of praise and accolades. He took pride in his work, was there as soon as weather permitted and corrected a decades old problem with piping at no additional charge! This is your guy for ANYTHING that involves his talents! Besides all of his attributes, he is also a truly nice person!
