When I submitted a request for snow removal services ahead of an impending storm, Franklin was the first to respond and was thorough and diligent in providing an estimate. When we had our first snow yesterday, he reached out to ask whether I would like them to remove which I found thoughtful as I’m sure some clients chose not to have the service based on the amount. With freezing temps predicted, I said yes and his team was here shortly after. Not only did they clear and salt my driveway, sidewalk and front walk (as quoted), they went above and beyond and cleared off my car as well as a path from our back door to the driveway with salt. Top Tier was my middle quote but I read the reviews and am glad I chose them! I will certainly reach out to Franklin for additional services and highly recommend Top Tier.

Franklin and his team do an excellent job mowing, trimming and blowing my lawn weekly. The yard is clean and neat when he is done. His rates are reasonable. He is professional and dependable. I highly recommend hiring him.
