Claudio and Rafael are a tag team in hardwood floors! They both work together as partners and get the job done. They do not have employees. Unlike some contractors that take the job and then send a crew. Pricing is very straightforward. They charge by the foot after taking proper measurements and you reimburse them for the materials (they show you the invoice for the new wood). And finally, they are extremely polite and very good hard working people. The job: Sanded, repair and refinished 60 year old hardwood floors. There was a few spots with water damage that was ripped up and new flooring was installed and sanded to match. Staircase that was shaking and noisy was removed and repaired-reinforced internally with new wood steps installed. Extension area with that built with this horrible engineered flooring. It was ripped out and then the new hardwood was matched with the rest of the house. Conclusion: You cannot go wrong with Rafael and Claudio. Something did not come out right, they fix it with no fuss. Don’t be afraid to tell them. They did follow the set timeline from start to finish. ( not like other contractors that tell you 5 days and they disappear for 8 days) Just hire them, it will be a great choice.

Claudio and Rafael did a magnificent job on sealing and protecting my floors. They took them from looking dull and lifeless to making them look beautiful and timeless. They were also able to repair some water damage in one of the bedrooms and made them look brand new. Totally pleased and impressed with their work and the end result and would absolutely hire them again!!
