I had an amazing experience with System Floors from start to finish. A little about my project: My condo had a closed off kitchen that had tile that didn’t match the parquet floor once I knocked down all the walls. You can see in the picture what it looked like before. System floors installed the new parquet in the kitchen and seamlessly matched it with the rest of the living and dining areas. I am very particular and wanted to see a lot of different colors before making a decision. The guys were very accommodating and never made me feel pressured or rushed with anything I asked them to do. Everything was explained and all my questions answered. My new floor looks absolutely stunning I could not be happier with the color and also quality of the work performed. They took a dated parquet and made it look so luxe and modern. I am not only happy with the end result but also the entire process of working with this team. All my messages were answered in a timely fashion, I never had to wait long for a response. They were always punctual as well which is rare with contractors especially during these crazy times. Their price was the most fair of all the quotes I got and their work was top quality. I would 100% use System Floors again and would recommend them to friends and family. I am so thrilled with my floor, could not be happier.

Claudio and Rafael did a magnificent job on sealing and protecting my floors. They took them from looking dull and lifeless to making them look beautiful and timeless. They were also able to repair some water damage in one of the bedrooms and made them look brand new. Totally pleased and impressed with their work and the end result and would absolutely hire them again!!

We saw some not so great reviews and were slightly hesitant. However, not only was their work a great value, it was truly 5 star execution. If all of the contractors were as courteous and hardworking as System Floor LLC, I would look forward to getting needed upkeep done on our home. We look forward to using them again in the very near future for another job!!! Our decades old floor looks new!
