Emi did an incredible job setting up our wedding. Although we initially planned to go the DIY route, we quickly realized how overwhelming it could be. We provided Emi with some items and asked her to add her creative touch to a few of the pieces we purchased, along with anything else that could enhance our vision. She exceeded our expectations, and we were absolutely thrilled with the setup and the unique elements she brought to make our wedding truly special.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I break things down and share how cost is determined. What effects cost is materials, labor, market, and quantity. Bulk helps give lower price and every florist has different price range. Also there are so many flowers that have similar look and feel and there are ways to design to cut cost. it’s my job to figure that out to satisfy my customers. That’s why they came to me in first place.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always give a free consultation and this is where i here your vision and questions. i also share my knowledge and insights that fit your needs and taste. my goal is to listen and figure out what i think your vision is. Its important for me to earn you confidence by sharing pictures of my work and even create a sample of what we come up with. This is to ensure we are on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years experience in the field and also have a degree in art therapy and concentration in 3- dementional art.
