- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and the complexity of the project. I always provide a detailed estimate upfront so that clients know exactly what to expect—there are no hidden fees. I offer fair and competitive pricing for high-quality craftsmanship, and for larger projects or returning clients, I may provide discounts. If a project requires unexpected adjustments, I discuss them with the client before making any changes to the cost. My goal is to ensure that every client receives top-quality work at a fair price, with full transparency throughout the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with an initial consultation where I discuss the client’s needs, budget, and vision for the project. I also provide recommendations on materials and explain the best approach to achieve high-quality and long-lasting results. Once we agree on the details, I prepare an estimate and schedule the work. Before starting, I assist the client in selecting and delivering materials if needed. During the project, I keep the client updated, explaining each step to ensure transparency and confidence in the work being done. After completing the job, I do a final walkthrough with the client to make sure everything meets their expectations. I also provide guidance on maintenance and offer a warranty on my work, ensuring durability and customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I do not have a formal degree in construction, I have gained extensive hands-on experience over the years by working on renovation projects in various European countries. This has allowed me to learn different techniques, materials, and construction standards, adapting the best practices from each region. Through years of hands-on work, I have developed expertise in tiling, plumbing, waterproofing, and general home improvement. I continuously update my knowledge by following industry trends and learning about new technologies and materials to ensure high-quality, durable results for my clients
