1. I have a junior 1 bedroom and asked for a deep cleaning. Etel’s prices online started a deep cleaning at around $125. She looked around and quoted me $200. I thought that was on the higher end for a small 1-bedroom that is VERY well maintained. But I figured, inflation. Anyway, that wasn’t even the real issue. Once they left, I flipped down my shower curtain (they had flipped it over the rod) and noticed bleach stains on the fabric. By this point I had already paid. I reached out to Etel to thank her for the work they did, and just notify her of my findings. A simple apology would have sufficed. But she never responded. I was ready to book her for a monthly service (she quoted me $100 for a regular cleaning before she left). But to make a mistake, hide it, and then ignore my message is extremely unprofessional.
