- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a free consultation then a hourly rate for a minimum of 3 hours. Special packages available for larger projects. All products used for the space are additional. Transportation fees may apply depending on the area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Request photos of the area that’s needing organization, find out what they are expecting from me in regards to goals, time frame and budgeting then establish a plan going forward. Once the space is seen in person or via photos, we will then offer ideas for storage and organization solutions according to the customer’s needs and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on organizing experience and a bachelors degree in business.
