Jonh was able to accommodate me on short notice, came on time, and was very capable with mounting The Frame tv. He had all the tools needed to notch out some blockings to fit the media box and was very diligent throughout the process. He took extra time to make sure everything works and even guided me through some set up steps. I would definitely use John again for future AV, assembly, and installation needs.
