They provided a comprehensive quote on the spot and, had all the equipment and were very contientious entering my home with 'booties' to make sure they were not tracking dirt in and out. My only additional comment is I had requested a second quote on a heating system which I am still waiting on 3 days later. Overall I am happy with the experience and would contact them again for future HVAC/Plumbing issues."See more

I reached out to have some plumbing work done initially and I asked if they could reglaze tile from pink to white. They said yes. Subbed the job out to some guy what showed up with a couple cans of spray paint who totally messed up my bathroom. It went from old to just TERRIBLE. Then they said it was because something was wrong with my tile (lol). They proceeded to demand 2x the original quote in order to “do it right.” When I told him that I wasn’t going to that and I needed it fixed he said “I have to get paid something.” Get paid for what? Messing up my bathroom? Not a chance. Look the pics to see their “attempt” at reglazing the tile. Horrid. If you can’t do the job yourself then don’t quote it.
