Hi! Iam the owner of Brunch at Teddys. Where I provide for you, delicious non vegan/vegan dishes that will keep you coming back. Everything I make contains fresh ingredients as well as homemade recipes! Samples are available unpon request I a. Also the owner of “Ros Famous Vegan cheesecakes” at champs diner I love cooking because it's relaxing. But I love serving my food to people because it's how you get to a persons heart. Food always keeps me happy so why can't I make others happy?

Chef Ro, Sophia, and Bobby are the ULTIMATE dream team. Chef Ro was so responsive to my many many demand with complete ease. Didn't even bat an eye, it was done! The food was vegan and amazing! I even got some people converted. The only way I could describe it was having a home cooked meal made by your grandmother, that is, if your grandmother was as cool! They were so warm and sweet truly amazing people with professionalism beyond compare! I can't thank them enough. You're missing our if you don't book them!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! They were excellent! The food was excellent. Overall the experience was fantastic. Considering how stressful putting on a large event can be, The food aspect was super easy. They were very responsive and flexible and communicated all the way through. And the best part was that the price was right! I will definitely be using them again in the future!

From the very beginning to the end result I was extremely happy with the service I received . Her professionalism via text and phone etiquette was delightful . She was on time to my event and wasted no time with setting up and catering to myself

North Star Eats cuisine was beyond delicious and affordable. The menu was goodness overload. The salmon dip was amazing, the perfect appetizer. I feel as if I went to multiple restaurants . I had a taste of the Carribean with the jerk shrimp and savory coconut grits, a taste of American cuisine with the grilled cheese Philly cheesesteak, Mediterranean with the buttered chicken and white rice. Ive also never been a fan of coleslaw and pickles , but eating the BBQ pulled chicken I'm now a fan! The slider was awesome. I enjoyed the spicy vegan rice and lobster mac the most. Stepped into Asia with the Thai wings which were awesome as well. The ambience, the professionalism, the love put into the food was delightful and let's not forget about the Jungle Juice which was equally delicious. I definitely look forward to eating at North Star Eats. Peace to Rojo and Jae-R. Much love.

won my heart .everybody wasnt to crazy about the spice...it was perfect for me.
3.Thai wings
4.loaded Mac ..never thought to put onions that was great
5.i never had mash 🥔 but with sweet potato...introduced me to life on a fork
