Hello my name is Benjamin Sar
I have worked as an office equipments service technician for 16 years during this period, I worked for 2 major copiers / printers sales and service companies. Because of the pandemic I was laid off. In Februar 2020 the Idea of being self employed came to mind and here we are. With my levels of experience in this industry, I can assure all of my prospective customers that I will bring 100% of efficiencies to your homes and offices . I know how scary it can be at times having a total stranger in your home. I am trustworthy and a proud family man/ father of 2 teenagers. I will always inspect , advise and offer suggestions before commencing services on your equipments. I don’t charge for traveling to customers. And I do give discount on multiple equipments. I do my best to follow all Covid-19 protocols.

Benjamin came to my home try to repair the printer right there but it was too far gone he took it with him after 2 days he called me and said it's fixed it's working he did a great job and he came out in the snow to return my printer I cannot thank him enough.

Exceptional! If you have a problem with your printer or copier, this is the man for you. He trained at the largest relevant companies and is almost certain to recognize and have worked on your machine. On time arrival with an unwillingness to give up without solving the problem. A rare exception in the best because he makes site visits, unlike most of the others who believe that everything is a software problem which they can solve over the phone, when it’s obviously a mechanical problem which they can’t solve from wherever and which requires a visit. Benjamin did an excellent job repairing my printer. The other services that I contacted advised that it could not be made functional again and to just buy a new one. Benjamin was very confident that he could resolve the issue and he delivered. Excellent service and I highly recommend him.
