Benjamin came to my home try to repair the printer right there but it was too far gone he took it with him after 2 days he called me and said it's fixed it's working he did a great job and he came out in the snow to return my printer I cannot thank him enough.

Exceptional! If you have a problem with your printer or copier, this is the man for you. He trained at the largest relevant companies and is almost certain to recognize and have worked on your machine. On time arrival with an unwillingness to give up without solving the problem. A rare exception in the best because he makes site visits, unlike most of the others who believe that everything is a software problem which they can solve over the phone, when it’s obviously a mechanical problem which they can’t solve from wherever and which requires a visit. Ben was extremely knowledgeable about my two HP printers that, I had hoped, could be repaired. The printers are no longer being manufactured but parts can still be purchased. I like the two printers because they utilize toner cartridges which last for thousands of pages. Ben diagnosed the issues, ordered the parts, and installed the parts at my home all for a very reasonable price and on a timely basis. Ben is congenial and a pleasure to deal/speak with!
