We struggled for months with our rescue dog Luna who had severe leash reactivity and anxiety. Other trainers weren't able to help much, but we noticed a change in Luna after 2 sessions! Fay was always free to answer questions between sessions and gave us easy things to do at home.
Luna is now able to walk near me without yanking on the leash or getting aggressive every time a squirrel or dog passes us. Even though we finished our training, we still reach out to Fay when we have questions and last month we booked 2 refresher sessions which helped so much!
