My issue was a complex one: my boiler had stopped working a month ago, and a previous plumber messed things up badly. He replaced the circulator, which failed immediately, and then returned only to "fix it" by hot-wiring the boiler to run 24/7. This caused the system's safety mechanism to lock the boiler and shut down the circulator entirely. Rigo from R&A Plumbing handled the service. Although they arrived late due to a previous job, once Rigo got started, he was immediately focused. He took his time analyzing the mess of wiring left by the previous technician. He thoroughly tested his theories and figured out the best course of action to resolve the underlying issue. Rigo is one of the most knowledgeable plumbers I have ever encountered. Not only does he know his craft, but he is able to explain complex issues clearly. At no point did I feel he was exaggerating the problems or pushing me to spend unnecessary money, which I truly appreciated. He worked tirelessly through the night and refused to leave until my boiler was working again. He kept me informed every step of the way, explaining his diagnosis and proposed changes before making any major moves. The dedication was astonishing. After fixing the boiler and completely rewiring my system, he realized a new thermostat was needed. It was 5 AM, and instead of leaving me to handle the part replacement myself, he offered to go purchase the part when the store opened at 6 AM, return, and install it. I know for a fact no other plumber would offer such a commitment after working all night.
