Hi, I'm Fitness Coach Brian! 😊
I offer online fitness programs and in-person one-on-one training as a Functional Strength Trainer, Professional Trainer, and Strength and Fitness Coach. My love and passion lead and motivate great people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everyone is unique, meaning your strengths and limitations are all different. I will build a custom plan for you with my combative but radiant fitness programs.
I have specialized my training skills for seniors over 50 and strength and conditioning training. My programs are based on your health, schedule, and, more importantly, personal fitness goals. My prerogatives are to transform your body and mind to the state you are searching for greatness!

As an ISSA-certified personal trainer, nutritionist, bodybuilding specialist, and elite-level fitness coach with a CPR-AED certificate and over 12 years of experience, I am ready to guide you through your fitness journey together!
Online Programs start at $300/month - Work out up to 4 days a week directly with me (Monday-Saturday)
Programs include
- A semi-customized educational curriculum (essentially a vast series of PDFs that contextualize nutrition, habits and exercise customized for the client and their goals)
- A workout program with means to track and videos of exercises. This gets amended as needed for you.
- Habit and nutrition tracking can be done in a variety of ways, depending on what works for you.
- One 30-minute monthly coaching call to chat and discuss things face-to-face.
- Wellness and health Q/A message access.
One-on-one training sessions start at a flat rate of $90.00 per hour. For discounts, please inquire about the one-on-one package deal.
Nutrition Program- $175 per month
- Food tracking accountability
- Daily meal intake feedback.
- Detailed meal plans
- Calorie macro calculations for each meal -
Workout programs and meal plans require a monthly subscription and a 30-day cancellation notice.
