I had a leak in my kitchen sink and was frustrated since I just moved into the house in October—it’s only July, and something like this shouldn’t be happening so soon. Brandon came in and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained that the issue might have been caused by the drain being overtightened during the original installation, which can cause the washer to deteriorate faster. He also noticed that the original plumber didn’t even use the correct drain that came with the sink! Luckily, I hadn’t thrown away the original packaging and accessories, and Brandon was able to use the correct drain components to fix the issue. He removed the incorrect drain, installed the proper one, ensured everything was sealed and working with no leaks, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Brandon was honest and transparent about pricing—very fair and no surprises. Although he was running late, he called ahead to let me know, which I appreciated. His professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity make him someone I would absolutely call again for future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!
