Suddenly the ceiling on the first floor had a wet spot about 2 feet in diameter just below the bathtub on the second floor. I checked Thumbtack and Branden responded right away. He told me he could be there at 11:00. He arrived on time. He checked the tub,found the problem and fixed it. His price was reasonable. He will be my first call for any plumbing from now on.
