Niles provided a 1 hour Sports / Swedish style massage to relieve soreness from working out. He was very diligent in setting up the appointment and describing what his style was. Niles provided an awesome massage - Very professional, personable, respectful and friendly - it was the perfect combination of deep tissue and relaxation that I was looking for - I would highly recommend him and will use him again for a 90 minute session next time!

Niles is without a doubt the best massage therapist that I've ever had. He takes the time to listen to concerns, offers suggestions on pain management, and always makes sure that you are content with his work. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and had explained to me why I feel pain in certain areas. Overall, it's always a great experience. His hands are magic and his demeanor is very professional. Would recommend him to everyone, especially those who suffer from chronic upper back and neck pain like myself.
