- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most projects begin with photos so we can evaluate the items and provide an accurate estimate. Once scheduled, we arrive on time, inspect the materials, apply appropriate pre-treatment, and perform a deep cleaning using professional extraction equipment. We finish by grooming the fabric or carpet and providing after-care recommendations.
