Kelvin and Kleber from Profient are great professionals that know about their work and dont need to be “supervise”. They were very professional with me and did the work that I paid for. When issues arise, they were responsible and aided me to fix it. When I added little things or I made little changes they didn't hesitate or ignored me, sometimes they didn't even charge me anything for it!!. They made sure all faces, shapes, holes are filled and in great condition. I can say it was a good decision to hire them to remodel my deck. They worked day after day to finish my project. Some time after they finished the gates of my deck would not close easily, I called them and immediately responded and sent somebody that same week to fix it. They made sure it does not happen in the future and renewed my warranty on the gates. I will pick them for my next project in the future. I rest assured that Profient is a company of security and responsibility.

In the beginning I contracted another company for my kitchen because Profient price didn't fit my budget, so I went with a cheaper option. Huge mistake, the other contract left things a mess, dirty and left the job. I decided to call proficient again and accepted their proposal. They are the absolute opposite. Top notch work, clean, and very serious with my money. Will do work with them from now on.
