Words cannot describe how lucky I feel to have found Kelvin from Profient and his crew. They were amazing, professional, friendly and courteous with me. At the beginning of the process I was a bit scared about contracting someone since I had a bad experience with another contractor who fled once I gave him the money. Kelvin was patient enough to explain to why he was charging me that price and how he planned to use my money. At first at was a bit doubtful, but I trusted him and from then the rest is history. as soon as I gave him money, he had his crew working on my house, when ever he bought the materials for my project he showed me and informed me about the job completion with text and pictures. what surprised me the most is that he had a 3d design ready for me at the time of contract signature so that I can visualize what was going to be done.
when there was any issues or problems encountered, he informed me and gave solutions instead of ignoring it. He never did a thing without my consent or informing me first and was kind enough to explain me with pencil and paper what was wrong. Due to him being very detailed and understandable, my bathroom turned out amazing and elegant. even though I made changes along the way, Kelvin never told me no and was very reasonable with me about what was better for my wallet and my bathroom.
He was very responsible with his work and was able to achieve it on the timeframe he gave me for it. He always made sure the site was clean and organized (something that is very rare these days). I 100% recommend him

I am a first time home buyer so working with a renovation contractor was a first for me. We wanted to do our kitchen, bathroom and deck. Some estimates came and it looked like we would not be able to go with the project, but then Kelvin suggested some changes in materials that fitted our budget and made renovation faster. Everything was done ahead of schedule and top notch finish, I will recommend it to family and friends.

I'm so glad that I found a company of such caliber like Profient. From the start I was a bit eager and doubtful to begin my project, since it involves various works. fencing, paver and deck renovation, and a brand-new bathroom in my room. many contractors came and told me that they could only do 2 or 1 of the projects, but not all of them, that was something that worried me because having 2 companies at my home could create a mess.
winter came and all those contractors stopped responding, but then Profient called me, and we agreed for a visit. I was very relief to learn that they could take all 4 project and take care of drawings and permits. what's more incredible they gave me a quote within the same week!!! not only that, but they also already had samples of what materials should I buy or use throughout all 4 projects, they even had a 3d design for all projects. they were more than glad to answer any question that I had, most of them were already answered even before we met.
Once I gave them their first deposit, they didn't waste time. they had people next day at my home working, materials on site ready to roll, the cold didn't stop them. they were super professional on their work and schedule. the results? the deck was astonishing, the paver elegant, the bath cozy and beautifully detailed. this has been quite a wonderful experience for me, I'm glad that I found Kelvin and Profient. I will 100% use them in the future and 100% recommend them to others.

In the beginning I contracted another company for my kitchen because Profient price didn't fit my budget, so I went with a cheaper option. Huge mistake, the other contract left things a mess, dirty and left the job. I decided to call proficient again and accepted their proposal. They are the absolute opposite. Top notch work, clean, and very serious with my money. Will do work with them from now on.

My experience comes from hands-on involvement in the construction industry, including construction sales, project estimating, contracts, cost evaluation, and project coordination. I am also a real estate agent, which gives me an additional understanding of property values, real estate investments, and how renovation decisions can impact a property's marketability and long-term value. This combination of construction and real estate knowledge helps me approach each project with a broader perspective, focusing on quality workmanship, thoughtful planning, budget awareness, and the client's goals.
