I highly recommend mario as a gym instructor. He is the best. He is a trainer that can relate to you and come on your timing instead of on his timing. He motivates you and makes you do detailed and effective workouts. 10 out of 10.

This is my first time working with a personal trainer and Mario has made the experience great! He is very comfortable to work with and certainly puts a lot of time and effort into his clients. He created a personalized workout/nutrition plan for me which has really helped me understand what it will take to reach my goals. First day was great , he shared a lot of information about my goal and what we were going do to complete that goal. The workout was amazing and felt great right after.
