The technician came to fix my washing machine the same day I requested service. A part needed to be ordered, which they did order immediately, and while it took a minute for the piece to arrive from the factory, I was kept up to date on when to expect it. The technician was ready to come install the piece the minute it arrived! A great, seamless experience for a reasonable price!
