Great communication and very prompt! Clear communication and transparent about cost of service from the very beginning. We had to replace an old toilet- when Rami took it out, he found a much bigger problem, but immediately had a solution and worked through it although it was not what he had signed up for. After a few hours of tireless work, the job was complete and done so perfectly. Rami goes above and beyond and we would be happy to refer him to anyone.
