I had a great experience working with Steven. He was friendly, professional, and did a great job with my laptop repair. My keyboard replacement was not a simple swap. The laptop had to be taken apart and the old keyboard removed so the new one could be installed properly, which was a pretty involved process. He worked carefully and put everything back together correctly. He also installed my new replacement battery. I really appreciated his attention to detail. Everything is working great and my laptop feels like brand new again. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable computer technician.
