I had dropped my external hard drive which contained all my music for my DJ Business. I had called various companies suggested by thumbtack. Most of these data recover service providers advised me that it would be very expensive to recover my data. When I had almost given up hope, I saw Paul's quote. Paul provided the lowest quote. I contacted Paul and he offered to pickup my drive but since I worked near his home I dropped it off. Paul was very straight up about what he could do and could not do. He tried somethings while I was there but it did not work. He said he would work on it further. I waited and I did not here anything. I assumed no news is good news. I later received an email that he was able to recover 98% of my files. What really impressed me that he sent me a list of what files he could not recover. He also charged me what he quoted. He provided excellent service. I am going to recommend him to all my friends who need data recovery services...
