I had two stair runners installed using vintage carpets. Carlos was extremely precise and wanted to make sure I was happy with the measuring decisions before proceeding as we live in a 100+ year old house that has some wonky spots. He also helped me figure out a few solutions when we realized the runners I bought were too short (due to my own measuring). Overall they look great and I am happy with the installation.
