I'm absolutely satisfied with the professional courteousness that was given to me by T.L.C. flooring. Being in the customer service buisness myself, , for one, know the importace of first impressions and quality workmanship, and both were on display when we met. Not only is Dean a class act, but just by speaking to him I knew he is a man of his convictions. a one room carpet remove and install was given the SAME importance as a whole house install. True to his word, oh yea. Professional in his craft, absolutely. I'm a middle aged manwho KNOWS a thing or two about being respectful, being courteous, towards customers. I felt like I was the most important customer that he had, and THAT is why I'm leaving a glowing endorsement, because it's DESERVED. Look at the reviews, just look, and you'll see why .Thanks again, Dean, I'd love to have a beer with you someday. Ken Creasy.

TLC was a dream to work with. From the moment Dean responded to my Thumbtack request, he was prompt, courteous, and professional. His team was just as professional. They fit us in within two weeks, came in at the price they quoted, and did an exceptional job. He made a few suggestions, which really helped guide me on this up-to-now very frustrating carpet and floor process. I finally felt like there was a light at the end of the tunnel, and we couldn't be happier with the results!

While I had UPS problems with an outside company who sent the product, and had to deal with these delays, Dean was always ready to come to do the carpet runner install at any time (lots of flexibility--great!). Very responsive and great customer service.

At TLC, we have set prices for labor and material depending on which route you go, which we can discuss in our free in-home estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We connect and if we can, we provide an estimate. TLC does free in-home estimates so we can always schedule an initial meeting according to the customer's schedule. We discuss your job, expectations, labor and material costs and any concerns or questions you may have. If hired, we take a deposit for the cost of material and you pay us for labor after. We work to make the experience as painless as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At TLC we have a tradition of being classically apprenticed under previous generations.
