- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At TLC, we have set prices for labor and material depending on which route you go, which we can discuss in our free in-home estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We connect and if we can, we provide an estimate. TLC does free in-home estimates so we can always schedule an initial meeting according to the customer's schedule. We discuss your job, expectations, labor and material costs and any concerns or questions you may have. If hired, we take a deposit for the cost of material and you pay us for labor after. We work to make the experience as painless as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At TLC we have a tradition of being classically apprenticed under previous generations.
