Chef Troy really delivered. I had about 25 people for a backyard event and he really classed it up with an incredible spread. We did a seafood theme and he was so flexible and creative with the menu. Everyone was blown away.

I hired E_n_tdelight.inc? and Chef Troy and I couldn't be happier. The food was delicious, especially the coconut shrimp, meatballs, Rasta pasta, and I could go on and on. His set up is quick and easy, more importantly he was professional, easy to work with it, and the food was in abundance! I will definitely use him again!

The chef was very friendly and did everything in a timely manner. The food was very delightful. Everything was on point. I would definitely be using him again.
