Dan did a great job inspecting my new home. Even though it was just built he found some key issues that I was able to take to the builder and get fixed right away. Would hire again!

Dan is the man!!! We purchased a brand new home completely built from ground up and just thought we should hire an inspector not to any regrets later on. My friend purchased similar home from same buyer right beside me and got an inspection, but instead of going with their inspector I just looked up in Thumbtack and found Daniel who had glowing reviews, boy was that one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. I reached out to him and he was very quick and responsive, he offered to do a Radon Test as well and we set a date and a price (very reasonable). This was back in peak Winter and it was especially cold that day, he was on time waiting for me and went over every thing, he checked functioning of every port, every vent and even explained things in detail about several things, being a new home owner I wasn't aware of many of those. He gave me many tips as to what I should do such as not blocking air for the furnace, how to water my new sod, etc. Found several minor issues broken closet rollers missing bulb, plate cover in attic and I can go on. But there were 2 major things he found out which I would have never known - my microwave was venting in (supposed to be venting out, house had a system for it) & we found RADON in my home and the reading was significantly high as well. Luckily I got to know of these before I purchased the home and got the issues addressed with the Builder. But more than anything what I like about him is even after he was done with the inspection I contacted him several times with many questions and he was was always giving me a very helpful and quick response. Thank you so much Dan for all your help, I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family if anyone needs an Home Inspector.

After the first inspector was playing games and I ended up canceling with them. My realtor called up Vine Home Inspections for the rescue. From start to finish he had my trust and attention. Everything was questioned and inspected. He took numerous amounts of picture, which were also included in the report. He saw everything, almost like he had X-ray vision, no stone was left unturned. But with all seriousness, he is very professional, extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Every property I purchase from this date fourth Vine Home Inspection is the only inspector im calling. Thank You Again!
