- What types of customers have you worked with?
Magnum Investigations Specializes in Domestic Investigations as it pertains to Cheating/Infidelity Investigations, Child Custody Investigations and Alimony/Co-habitation Investigations. We realize that there are better investigation companies out there when it comes to other types of investigations such as Accident Reconstruction, EMployment Background Investigations, etc. However there is no agency out there who has the experience and success rate that we do when it comes to Video Surveillance- quite frankly we are the best in the business!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be careful because there are a lot of inexperienced one-man operation run-of-the-mill "P.I." companies who are cheap and almost always get caught. Common sense will tell you that using one investigator is a recipe for detection; once caught you will never get a second chance to document the truth. You will surely get what you pay for when it comes to hiring an investigative company. Most companies don't last more than 5-years; there is a high turn-over rate because surveillance investigations are very difficult to execute and most get caught. Surveillance is an art and it is not something that can be learned; either the investigator has it within or he doesn't.
