- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer different levels depending on how much support and accountability you want. Packages typically range from $100 to $300 per week. The most popular plans include: 1. Virtual Coaching (asynchronous) ✅ Custom workout plan updated weekly ✅ Nutrition guidance focused on fat loss & hormones after 40 ✅ Cardio strategy & abdominal routines ✅ Weekly check-ins for accountability ✅ Telegram/WhatsApp support 2. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Step 1 – Quick video call We talk about your history, goals, challenges and timeline. Step 2 – Assessment & strategy I send you a short intake form so I can tailor everything to your needs. Step 3 – Custom plan I design your training + nutrition plan based on your body type, goals and schedule. Step 4 – Accountability We set check-ins and communication frequency so you never feel alone in the process. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and I am a Certified CrossFit Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Coach, which is one of the highest coaching credentials in functional fitness. I have been operating my own CrossFit gym for 13+ years, coaching everyday people as well as high-level athletes. My background includes: Bachelor’s in Physical Education CrossFit Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 13+ years running and coaching inside a CrossFit gym Certified Personal Trainer Specialist in fat loss & recomposition for adults 40+ 10+ years coaching online clients 35,000+ clients coached through digital programs Large community of 2M+ followers built through education and results This combination of formal education, advanced coaching credentials, and real-world long-term experience allows me to create programs that are safe, effective and custom-designed for clients over 40 who want real transformation.
