Mario and team were amazing. We were moving into a new home and floors were in bad shape. We called Mario and he came over right away and priced us out. He started work right away and finished a 5800 sqft house in a week. We actually changed the floor stain on our stairs and sunken family room. We were really skeptical about how it would look. But Mario and his team did such a great job. So happy we hired him. I will def call him again for my flooring needs.

Mario's pricing is about 20% cheaper than the independent contractors and about 50% cheaper than those flooring franchisees--and his pricing is quite transparent compared to other quotes from here, Angie's List, or Home Advisor. The finished floor looks great, and I was a bit positively surprised that his team did not cut corners--they take their time diligently sanding and coating all the crooks and nannies behind and around the mouldings. They also came off as very trustworthy--which is huge because could leave them alone in my house. Would definitely recommend Mario and his team to all my friends.

Mario and his team did an amazing job at refinishing over 1000 sqrt of hardwood floor in my house and at such an affordable price. The new floors look great now. They were always on time finished the entire job well ahead of estimated time. I definitely recommend them for the flooring job.

Nice and efficient work. They are able to complete polish and paint 450 square feet hardwood floor within 2 and half hours.
