- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My company is recognized for the excellent prices we offer. We know that reasonable and fair prices are always present. We offer discounts of 15% and 10% every week or every two weeks, an additional 10% for each referred customer, and quick and easy payment plans. We always accommodate our clients’ budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I offer the client a time and date that’s right for me. I always try to make sure my client is happy with my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for another company for many years and then after 5 years I decided to open my own company. I have been with my company for 10 years.
