We hired them for a deep kitchen cleaning, including the stove and a defrosted , empty refrigerator. My wife and I are both on medical disability and basically can't do a thorough job ourselves . They responded in less than 45 minutes from my initial inquiry. They had availability in 48 hours the same week, which worked with our schedule .
