Prior to establishing Roof Wizards in 2012, we were roof, gutter, and siding mechanics ourselves. We worked humbly, efficiently, and as if every home was our own. Brainer, Harold and all their crews did an excellent job and we are really pleased to have their service. They replaced our shingles and flat roof with a really competitive rate. They offered to help fixing the basement window after they accidentally damaged it. It is fixed professionally and we are really happy about the proactive altitude. Definitely recommend them to everyone and I will have them on more projects in the near future as well

Heiler and his Roof Wizards team are amazing! They did a complete roof tear off and replace for us, plus pilot house residing with skylight, plus indoor repairs and renovations. It was a huge job, and every aspect of their operation was professional and thorough and completed up to the highest standard with attention to detail beyond what I expected. Everyone at Roof Wizards is organized and communicative, and we knew what to expect and had our questions answered every step of the way. (If we had used Roof Wizards in the first place it would have saved us so much time, money, and stress!)

Roof Wizards were a pleasure to deal with. Dustin thoroughly explained the process, timing and quality of their workmanship. I especially liked the expediency of the quote and timing getting the whole job completed. It took about 2 weeks from the first call to the finished job. The installers were thorough, professional and cleaned up everything very well. They even took great lengths to not harm my shrubs, bushes and flowers. There was only 1 hiccup in communicationthey did not show up on a scheduled day and someone should have contacted me, but after letting Dustin know, it was quickly resolved. Overall, we were very satisfied with Roof Wizards and highly recomnend them. We had our roof replaced with shingles and black metal accent.

For sure the best experience we have had in 23 years of home ownership with any contractor/repair work. From diagnosis to availability to punctuality to skilled workmanship to detailed clean up of the site. Heiler, Juan and the whole crew were fantastic and we're so grateful for friends who recommended them! Our new roof is beautiful and there's no more leaking.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One of our core values is to lead with integrity. We want to be fair to the customer and to the business. We try to work with the customer on pricing when possible.
If our final estimate is higher than our competitors, give us a call and ask us why? We are always happy to discuss the materials and scope of work we quoted for.
In some cases, we may not be the most affordable of your options, but our commitment to high quality material and workmanship, as well as our accountability for all the services we provide, make the difference when considering your options.
For our veterans and senior citizens, ask about of discounts! A sales representative would be happy to discuss our discounts in greater detail.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We always advise our customers to do their research. Seek multiple quotes and compare to find the contractor that works best for them. We do not engage in high-pressure sales.
We would also advise them to go with a contractor that is honest and willing to provide knowledge about their options. We encourage our customers to ask questions at any moment of the process from the estimate to the completion of the job. We also often provide multiple estimates. Although we offer various solutions, we will not push for the sale of a product the customer does not need.
