Aiyana and Keith were amazing from being to end. I hired them as the caterers for my wedding (100ppl). Their communication was timely and professional. This is one of the reasons we chose MAHFY over other catering vendors. We were able to do a tasting, which we made it into a whole date night. It was really good. We love their food and they have such positive energy. They helped us customize our menu. All requirements on their end were met for our venue. Last minute (two weeks prior) I needed extra help with clean up and they agreed to get more staff. My event decorator raved about how helpful they were with setup. They were early and ready to go! The cocktail hour and reception food was good and we received a lot of compliments from our guest. We also hired them to bartend the wedding and drinks were great as well. Clean up was fast and to the point. All staff were helpful, kind and professional. I cannot thank MAHFY for catering my wedding and making it a memorable night for us and our guest.

Wonderful and cordial proprietor and head chef. Easy to communicate with. Willing to accommodate groups of any size. Excellent insight of venue space and location. Extremely punctual. They are very hands on. Everyone complimented how delicious the food was. Overall, Keith and Ayanna, made our wedding dream come true. We recommend them 1000%.

I hired MAHFY Catering to cater my Wedding. They were very responsive in communication throughout and were happy to work within our budget. They do tastings at your own home, and they came all the way from NJ to Brooklyn for ours. I am very appreciative of all the hard work they put in, always with big smiles. They were wonderful respectful guests in our home and the food was delicious! Keith is an amazing chef who can improvise very well. They were very accommodating to our many dietary restrictions and those foods were surprisingly good! I was worried the veggie lasagna might be disappointing but it was great. The Honey Garlic Baked Chicken was a crowd pleaser too :). MAHFY Catering gave us suggestions and tips during our tasting and were very helpful throughout the entire process. We think the food on our wedding day ended up being tastier than we remember from our tasting. I highly recommend MAHFY Catering and will remember them if I need to hire or recommend someone for another event.

The MAHFY team was amazing. From going over menu options to the day of setting and food quality. We hired them for a baptism luncheon. Our family normally cooks for all get togethers. So hiring someone was big deal. Let me tell you everyone of our guests raved about how good the food was and asked who was carter. This is a long overdue review but wanted to say how exceptional the experience was with MAHFY catering. From the day I contacted Ayanna, she was patient, kind, knowledgeable and was willing to work with my needs as well as my budget. She as timely to our event and even went above and beyond to provide us with extra saucers for additional food options. Her presentation was beautiful and most importantly , the food was delicious! We received so many compliments from our guests.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very flexible to fit all of our customers' needs. Delivery fees vary for each event to account for travel expenses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll reach out you with some menu ideas based on your request and schedule a short phone consultation. That's when we'll go over your personal needs and dish options. Then, we send you an initial menu proposal with any adjustments that were needed, based on our phone conversation. Finally, you would accept the proposal/quote and pay a deposit to ensure the availability of our services for the date and time of your event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor degree, certificates in customer service, food preparation and presentation, food handling for managers, site management and food safety.
