- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once I get an idea of what’s necessary for the job I will give an estimate that is typically the end price. I’ll update during the job with options of pricing changes. For example opening a wall and finding more issues or different material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once connected I’ll ask for any details pertaining to the task and usually recommend photos. I’ll give an estimate and we will plan a time for me to come do the work. Payment after the job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Six years of experience. Several certifications in the plumbing field between NJ and nyc. Currently in NJ schooling for master license.
