- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to make sure customers are comfortable with the prices; they should see the value and if I need to work with them we do so.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to understand your needs and vision to delivery results and the best experience. A brief call/meeting is great for moving forward quickly. Sending pics or video can help show the project scope.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have schooling for the trade, including electrical; OSHA Safety training; lead removal.
