He did a great job installing the water heater. However, we live in a condo and don’t own a water hose and he did not come with one so it took quite a few hours for him to empty out all the water. That was the reason we took 1 star off. Otherwise good work.

Nestor was really helpful. After putting in a long day elsewhere, he manged to take time out and come at 8:30 pm to do the work in icy cold 10 degree weather. He corrected the problem and didn't charge for a second trip he made. He was very friendly and trustworthy. He focused on fixing the problem at a reduced cost rather than selling something of a bigger investment. Not many people out there are like that. He is surely my #1 contact when something occurs relating to plumbing! Thanks Nestor!
