Excellent and very professional service made for a pleasant experience. Definitely will hire again.
Returned from vacation to find my ~20yr old water heater broke (40 gallon-Bradford White), flooding most of the basement. I do a lot of DIY, but I don't like to mess with gas lines so I posted on thumbtack. Mike was one of the first to quote (conveniently at the best price), was verified licensed & insured, offered to replace next day. He quickly replied to questions intelligently without overwhelming jargon. All of which made it easy to select him for the job.
He and a partner arrived promptly and got straight to work. After draining the tank, removal/installation was done in under an hour. He checked his own work thoroughly and even freshly secured some nearby pipes to prevent knocking. Cleanup left the work area looking better than before.
Mike printed out an invoice and guaranteed his work with a 1yr warranty on parts/labor on top of the 5yr manufacturer warranty that came with the unit. No hassles over price, same as his quote.
I know this is a long review, but I was very pleased with the service provided and am one happy customer.
