Jason was wonderful, he responded to my request quickly and was able to repair my faucet the same day. He arrived on time and even cleaned up afterwards. All professional handymen should be like him, a real gem.
I hired Ackthba to remove an old bathroom sink faucet and install a new one. He was quick to respond and great with communication throughout. The task was a bit tricky, with the sink being in a tight corner, but he did a great job and was friendly and professional. I'd happily hire him again.
Very professional, clean and was on time. Very happy with his work and competitive prices. He did two faucet installations for us and did them very well.....Will hire him again for sure!
Walter did a great job fixing our Kitchet faucet. He arrived on time and was very professional. He also replaced another part which broke in the process of fixing the faucet. Overall I am very happy with his work and planning to hire him for other minor repairs around the home.
Very happy with my new faucet. Thank you!
Jorge was on time and very efficient. He helped me better understand the issue and even had the necessary connector hoses for the faucet even though I got the wrong ones from Home Depot. I appreciate the work he has provided and plan to look to his services again if I have any future projects.
We asked him to change the old kitchen faucet to the new one. He did the job in a short time and checked the leak which I was worried about. I'm glad to find him.
Work: Plumbing/replacing kitchen faucet Ivan responded quickly to my request and made to Queens within the hour of contacting me as I needed this project to be completed right away. His work was outstanding and Ivan was very professional. I absolutely will hire him again! Thanks Ivan!
William replaced water shut-off valves for sink and dishwasher. While testing the water lines, he discovered leaks caused by a contractor's incomplete installation of drain pipes and faucet. William properly installed these items and prevented water damage to new cabinets. He also replaced leaky bathroom sink pipe connectors. Excellent work, fast completion time, and fair prices. I highly recommend his plumbing services. Thanks Thumbtack.com!
My kitchen faucet started shooting out water all over my kitchen. I called Nick well after normal working hours and explained my situation. He arrived, tools in hand 15 minutes after my call and had a new faucet installed in a half hour.
Excellent job. Despite the fact the new faucet we bought had some flaws, bill was able to fix them and install everything quickly and cleanly. Highly recommend
Jason and Ric showed up on time and were well prepared and professional. They came to fix 2 leaky faucets and had the spare parts, they had also printed out a diagram of my faucet from the model# I sent them. The were transparent and explained to me what they needed to do and the parts that would need to replace. I'm happy with the job they did.
We hired Gio and Benny twice since buying and renovating our 3-bed apartment. They did an excellent job with everything and are very careful and thorough with all their installations. They were also thoughtful in putting drop clothes down on our new wood floors before working, and they carefully checked all their work (cycled machines) before moving on. They first cut and re-fitted the gas pipe to our new slide-in oven range, which now hugs our counter and backsplash without any gaps. They then installed our new Delta faucet, InSinkerstor garbage disposer, and Bosch dishwasher, and they checked to make sure my water line on our new Samsung fridge was secure. Lastly, they installed our new washer and dryer. The washer needed it’s own electrical outlet because the previous w/d was all one unit running off of an existing 220 service, so they installed a new outlet for just the washer (110) and also installed the 4-prong plug and wire to the new dryer (220). It was great that they were willing and capable of installing the GFCI electrical outlet - some plumbers might have told me to hire an electrician, but instead they did it per code and did not charge me much extra. They also fixed a broken PVC air pipe on the waste line for the washer, hooked up hot/cold and waste hoses securely, and installed / connected a new aluminum duct for dryer’s exhaust. All for one very reasonable price with no surprises (I checked with a friend who is a plumber in Virginia - price was reasonable). They even checked and balanced the washer machine during spin cycle (new machines will shake / vibrate if not properly balanced). Again, they did an amazing job, and they are nice guys who are very professional. We plan to hire them again when we renovate our bathroom. I highly recommend them for your next plumbing project!

Al showed up on time, which I always appreciate. He tackled a very difficult faucet and drain replacement in my bathroom. He was very determined, polite and clear about his desire for me to be happy with the job he was doing. Great job overall. No more leaks!
I had a few plumbing jobs that needed to be done, leaky kitchen sink faucet, clogged drain in bathrub, and leaky valves by toilet. Tom did a fantastic job! He worked neatly (I hardly knew he was there), quickly, and professionally. His prices were reasonable and he kept me informed on what had to be done and what it would cost. I would definitely call Tom again!
Mike is really a very well qualified professional, he changed my bathroom faucets working very patiently and I am very satisfied.
Kristian was fantastic. He really took his time to make sure our new sink, faucet and vanity was installed correctly and beautifully, without leaks or issues. We have additional work in our kitchen and can’t wait to hire him again!
Very satisfied with the job David Services, provided. Faucet had to be replaced, he took the time to work on it, very professional!
I simply could not be more pleased with my experience with CJ from Waterflow, cannot imagine ever hiring anyone else for projects in my apartment, and am already recommending him to my friends. I received several quotes through Thumbtack for contractors to replace my bathroom vanity and sink. However, I made the decision to hire CJ very early in the process based on his way of communicating. CJ was always highly responsive incredibly polite, and followed up to check in on my plans without ever making me feel that I was being pressured. On the day of the installation, he was a little delayed due to traffic but called precisely at his promised arrival time to let me know. He was also very engaging and easy to communicate with and I learned a lot from observing him. I have been a member of the Co-Op board for my building for many years and also undertook a major renovation in my apartment a few years ago. As a result, I know a thing or two about dealing with contractors. With all things considered, working with CJ has been my most positive contractor experience to date. I had decided to replace the vanity and sink in my bathroom but elected to keep the original faucet, which went well with the decor. In hindsight, this was not the best choice since the existing faucet turned out to be quite corroded once CJ was able to remove it. I am also quite handy and have built and repaired many things in my home myself, but knew that this job was beyond my ability to take on alone. I appreciated the fact that CJ was always receptive to my suggestions. He was very patient in everything that he did and worked delicately and carefully to preserve the existing faucet, taking his time to lubricate all the joints and make sure that al of the mechanisms were working properly.. Unfortunately, a key connector, which was probably already broken and glued together, came apart as he was trying to install it on the new sink. It was clear that we were not going to be able to reuse the old unit after all and CJ drove me to the hardware store to get a replacement. Before we left the store, he made sure that he checked all of the mechanisms for the one that we would purchase and made sure that h=it would be compatible with the new sink and vanity top. Unlike many contractors that I have worked with, CJ actually read the manual for the new faucet to make sure that his approach to the installation was correct. However, he clearly understood all of the mechanisms that he was working with and would take the time to explain things to me as he went along. I learned very quickly to trust his judgment. We ended up having to remove the bathroom door in order to get the new vanity in place, and there were quite a few challenges related to the alignment of the drain and accommodation of the shutoff valves and other existing fixtures with the shelving inside the vanity. All of this made the job take a lot longer than anticipated, but CJ remained incredibly patient and focused on all the finer details necessary to get the job done right. He was also fully prepared to honor his original estimate, which was beyond reasonable. Knowing it was well deserved, I paid CJ almost all of the extra cash that I had on hand and would have gladly paid even more. His attitude throughout the entire process was simply outstanding and his work ethic is exemplary. CJ will be my go-to hire for any other projects that I take on in my home.
Alex was was on time and very professional fixed my bathroom faucet, answered all my questions about my plumbing issues.I will definitely use him again
