Excellent work by Juan on an IKEA sink installation in our commercial office studio space. He showed up on time and honored his quote even though the work ended up being more difficult than anticipated. The existing plumbing for the prior sink was in poor shape, but Juan was able to repair that complete the installation in a way that made it look beautiful. Plumbing can be especially tricky, and Juan demonstrated admirable skill and great work ethic in completing the job. Highly recommend.

Purposely misleading. If the job is discussed in great detail, and there are 1 sink vanity removal and 2 sink vanity installs and you quote an approx price you charge for this type of work, I don't expect when the job size decreases to only 1 sink vanity install he triples the price. This is why women need women plumber/handyman, as the price he quoted was astronomical. Found someone who'll do it for a reasonable price and therefore they will get repeated business. Whether your a handyman or a real plumber the price shouldn't triple if less work than quoted is involved. When you quoted your approx price you charge for that type of work, you were quoting as a plumber not a handyman

WOW. Where do I even begin. I reached out to JR Rooter last year looking to remove and install a new bathroom countertop + sinks. We scheduled an installation date and they were ready to go…but unfortunately there were issues with our plumbing that my husband and I had no idea about (had to do with the valves and not being able to completely shut the water off) so we had to reschedule. We live in a condominium so it takes a while for things to get approved by the HOA. On top of that, I was very pregnant and due in just a few weeks so we tabled the project for a bit. FAST FORWARD to May 2022! – I reached out to JR Rooter again and luckily he remembered who we were and immediately was ready to schedule a new installation date. He has able to not only replace my counter tops but completely swap out and update my plumbing underneath the new bathroom sinks and make sure that everything worked properly. JR Rooter is very professional, honest, efficient, clean, KIND and knowledgable! – The team did such an incredible job in my bathroom and I can’t wait to upload some photos soon once the bathroom is 100% finished. Would 1000% recommend and hire again.

While he was working he found a corroded pipe that was leaking and despite requiring more time for the job, he agreed to fix it. He even went under our crawlspace to check for any water damage. He did a variety of work for me- installing a kitchen sink, water filter faucet, garbage disposal, reconnected my ice maker, reconnected my dishwasher, drilled my dishwasher back into place, change a shower head and unclog 2 drains. Nick was very detailed in his work and after trying several diff methods to connect my water filter which was difficult and complicated, he made sure to get it done. Communication was fast. He worked hard on a Sat to finish everything and really appreciate his dedication. Highly recommend!
