Our prices are based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning (standard, deep, move-in/move-out, or office). No hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact – You reach out by *****, *****, or our *******. We’ll answer any questions and schedule your first cleaning. Free Estimate – We provide a clear quote based on your home size, type of cleaning, and any add-on services you’d like. Booking & Confirmation – Once you approve, we lock in your cleaning date and send you a confirmation with details. Preparation Guidance – Before we arrive, we’ll send you a quick checklist (declutter, secure valuables, pet safety, etc.) so everything goes smoothly. The Cleaning Day – Our team arrives on time with all supplies, ready to leave your space sparkling. Final Walkthrough – If you’re home, we’ll do a quick walkthrough together to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. Feedback & Scheduling – We love feedback! If you’d like, you can also set up recurring cleanings for more savings and convenience.
