- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends greatly on the project. I generally work from the price based from my website but offer discounts to repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first I gather as much information as possible by calling or emailing the customer. I like to have a clear idea i can work from.I then explain my working process and terms for executing the project. Once the customer accepts the terms a contract is emailed and signed by the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied Digital Film Production at The New York Film Academy. I have indepth knowlege of film and all aspects of film production as well as Video Production including Directing, Producing, Editing,Story Board Creation, Lighting, Sound Design and Special Effects.I keep up with all current news in Music Videos, Theatre, Advertising, and Social Media. Also keep a tab on new equiptment releases and train with Web videos from Lynda.com, Youtube, and Vimeo.
