Introduction: *** Please note that at the present time we will only play at outdoor events. *** Twisted Mojo is a high-energy dance band playing blues-infused classic rock. The 4 top-notch musicians are Jason (lead guitar, vocals), Susan (vocals, rhythm guitar), Kyle (bass, occasional vocals), and Dan (drums). Twisted Mojo has a full-sized PA for larger venues and a compact Bose PA for smaller, quieter spaces. If a full band is a bit too much for your event, Susan is also in an acoustic duo called Chile Pi. Give a call and let’s talk.

I booked Chile Pi for a dinner at a corporate conference in Albuquerque. I have a very social group, so any music I book must be of the background variety. The night of the dinner (which was outdoors) there was an EPIC thunderstorm. John and his partner Susan, and all of their equipment got DRENCHED. I don’t know how they managed to keep their spirits up but they dried everything off, moved it all inside, and started up the show again, running it late and entertaining our attendees. They have a lovely blend of voices and were the perfect entertainment for this particular group, some who wanted to socialize with background music and some who wanted to actively listen. Thank you, John and Susan!

This has got to be the BEST combo in Albuquerque!! They did a fantastic job playing music of the 60's and 70's, dressed the part and were a total hit. Everyone I talked to who attended the event asked me who the group was and I told them "Chili Pi". They were amazed that such a professional sounding group was in Albuquerque! Of course, everyone loved them! They also play other music and are versatile. All you have to do is ask and they will provide. I'm hoping to use them again next year! Sue T.

SUBJECT: Music duo of John Martinez and Susan Susan McCasland, Colonel, USAF, Retired. It is with pleasure I forward this recommendation. The Chambley AB, Alumni (1954-1967 held their biennial reunion in Albuquerque, NM, 10-24 October 2018. The reunion banquet dinner is always the highlight of our event. The duo of John Martinez (a professional guitarist) and lead singer Susan McCasland provided music for the formal opening of the alumni banquet dinner that featured traditional military fanfare i.e., posting the colors, service songs, MIA/POW ceremonial recognition, etc. "Chile Pi" also provided dinner music an music for the closing ceremony. I heartily recommend 'Chile Pi' for future social events and military reunions. Their professionalism is unmatched and they have my gratitude for an event 'well done'.
