Maria and her servers served 80 people at my son's wedding reception. The food was outstanding and everyone was amazed at how fast everyone was served. Maria took care of more than just the catering - she also helped with the tent, chairs, tables, plates, napkins, silverware, glassware, etc. I highly recommend Maria and Mon Amis Personal Chefs to cater any event you have. They were on time and had the best food - they even made a special dish for our vegetarians. Maria made sure that all of the details were taken care of. If you don't know what Balsamic Pearls are then you need to have Maria cater an event for you :-) They were EXCELLENT - they sure took the stress away from everyone!

Maria has so much experience and therefore her advice was invaluable for planning my party. I really didn't even know what was possible to do, but she talked me through my options. From the beginning, she worked to stay within my budget, even if it meant less for her company. She connected me within the other resources that I needed for the entire event. She remained involved and worked to help me deliver a fabulous party. The food was wonderful. The appetizers, the meal and the desserts were all complimented by the guests. The servers and chef were excellent. Everyone agreed it's was a huge success, and I attribute that to Mon Amis Catering and those Maria connected us with. Special thanks to Teddy at ABQ BarKeeps and Naomi at NJR Event planning.

Excellent food and service! Despite contacting them on short notice and with a budget, Maria delivered excellent service and value. Many complements all around. Her staff was very professional and the food was excellent. Would recommend to others and will most likely use again for future events.

Maria was very easy to work with and we created a menu quickly and within budget for my function. Picking up the food and equipment was very convenient. My guests loved the artistically rendered green bean bundles and tender, juicy chicken piccata. I highly recommend this caterer for their high-quality food, presentation, and flexibility.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Generally when working with new customers we like to have an initial consultation to determine a menu, our second step is to schedule a tasting, once a tasting occurs we usually collect the deposit or the tasting fees if we're not hired and we hold the date, final payment is not due until seven days to the event.
