I have held the idea that I'm a great mom. I worked hard and thoughtfully when it came to my son, but I did not know it could be easy. Relationship Works showed me the little things we did that were ineffective. Once I used the principles of her teachings, every aspect of parenting became easy, then it became fun. Today, my 4 year old decided to help with the laundry on his own. He wakes up in the morning, picks out his clothes, and happily gets ready for school, without a hassle. I recommend her to everyone, not just because the class she teaches is applicable to raising kids, but she cares about what she does and is always ready to be an ear.

Elissa was fantastic while teaching this course, she was very informative and supportive during class, she even made accommodations for us throught the course period! Life changing! I feel so blessed to have learned the parenting tools Elissa teaches.I Highly recommend her if you want to improve the relationship and communication with your children and If you want to learn how to set limits that actually work, teach them responsability and build trust with them.Parenting is beginning to be fun again, I feel empowered and more confident than ever as a parent. I was clueless that there was a different, more efficient and loving way to parent my kids.My children have noticed the change and they respect me more because of the positive changes they see in me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$120 per hour for private one hour appointments. Parenting (8 two hour classes) and Coparenting (3 two hour classes) are $65 per class or $399 for parenting series, $179 for coparenting series - includes tax, ongoing support by text, email and phone, certificate upon completion. Sliding scale is by application only.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what the customer wants and needs and discussing they prefer to work. Also, I like to start with learning about the customers' strengths and hearing about what is going well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this field for over 13 years, have had multiple hours of continuing ed and other trainings. I am currently in graduate school, getting my MSW.
