- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We focus on full remodel and renovation projects where proper planning, project management, and skilled trades are required. Because of this, most of our projects typically start around $15k–$20k and can range higher depending on scope. We provide detailed proposals outlining scope, materials, and the construction process so clients understand exactly what they are investing in before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial conversation – We discuss the project goals, timeline, and budget. Site visit – We walk the property and review the scope in detail. Project evaluation & estimate – We prepare a proposal outlining the work required. Planning & scheduling – Once approved, we coordinate trades, materials, and scheduling. Construction & communication – We manage the project and keep the client updated throughout the build. Our goal is to make the process organized and predictable from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ark Light Construction is a licensed contractor in New Mexico with experience managing residential remodels, additions, and light commercial construction. Our work requires coordinating multiple trades, working with building departments and permits, and ensuring projects meet local building codes. We also work with experienced trade partners and specialists to deliver high-quality results.
